Jason Warner
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE, A&P/IA, USAF VET.
Born and raised in Plant City, FL, Jason comes from a long line of mechanics. Serving in the United States Air Force until the late-2000’s, Jason has been involved with the H-60 platform for over two decades - involved with their earliest appearances on the civilian front. Jason has extensive experience in aerial firefighting, utility operations, and government contracting.

Austin Banttari
OPERATIONS MANAGER, B.S., A&P, AET
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Austin has been working in the aviation industry for nearly a decade as a pilot, mechanic, and avionics technician. In addition to ‘kicking tires and turning wrenches’, Austin has brought his studies in project management to oversee the safe, efficient, and meaningful operation of the shop as a founding member of the BHB team.

'Mickey' Montes
LEAD MECHANIC, A&P, USAF VET.
Mickey, a Veteran of the United States Air Force, brings one of the most unique and diverse backgrounds to the table. With vast experience in aircraft and maintenance management, Mickey understands the needs of customers at all levels of operation, including general aviation, corporate, and utility aviation. Mickey has been a founding member of the BHB team with over a decade of experience on the H-60 platform.
