ABOUT US

Black Hawk Brothers, LLC, was founded in 2021 by Jason Warner. Calling Central Florida Home, but seasoned with experiences from around the country, Jason began to see the demand rise across the industry for his unique set of skills. Shortly after, BHB was formed to meet the needs of aircraft owners and operators from across the United States.

Being a driving force in one of the most dynamic and expansive industries is no easy task - that’s when Jason began to enlist the help of those around him to see through this vision of what BHB is today. Presently, the Black Hawk Brothers team is made up of a group with an incredibly diverse background not just in aviation, but also industry. Equipment management, avionics, data science, customer service, operational and project management, marketing, and more make up just some of the unique skills that our crew has to elevate our customer’s experience of that from an ordinary maintenance and repair facility.

As a veteran and employee owned company, BHB truly understands the total impact of our work. Whether it be in aerial firefighting, or support services such as crew transport and disaster relief, our company recognizes the value in what we do, and we aim to only extract that even further. Our family-oriented atmosphere promotes a business culture that creates a product we hope to see carried on for generations to come. To learn more about us, click here to meet the team.

Our facility

In February of 2024, we moved in our brand new facility located at Lakeland Linder International Airport (KLAL). Built to spec, this hangar can perfectly accommodate several Black Hawks, as well as the tools and equipment needed to get them flying.

Our facility allows us to de-mil, convert, maintain, install avionics, and maintain mission equipment - all under one roof. Furthermore, we’re woking on a expanding our climate controlled area to better store and maintain a full stock of aircraft parts and equipment.

Lakeland Linder International Airport is located in the heart of Central Florida, conveniently located along Interstate 4 between Tampa and Orlando. Notably, Lakeland is home to the annual SUN ‘n FUN Fly-In, one of the largest airshows in the world! The airport also offers an array or valuable amenities, including around-the-clock towered air traffic control, 24/7 staffed airport operations, and on-field aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF) services. Furthermore, the airport is home to two hotels and a restaurant serving lunch and dinner in the terminal. If flying in commercially, it’s easiest to reach our facility from Tampa International Airport (TPA), but Orlando International Airport (MCO) is also well within driving distance. If driving, we recommend taking Interstate 4 to Exit 27 (the Polk Parkway - SR 570), then taking the Polk Parkway to Exit 3 (Airport Road). Heading South on Airport Road will dead-end to Airfield Drive West, where Black Hawk Brothers is located on the West End of. Look for the tan building with the blue roof, just at the base of the tower!
